How do I return an item?

Product Exchange and Return Policy for:

If the purchased item does not fit properly or you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return the item. For both returns and exchanges please contact Dynamic Fitness Equipment to obtain an RMA number. Items sent back for return or exchange should be shipped to the address below. To process an exchange obtain an RMA number for the item you wish to return and order the replacement item directly through our website. A refund for returned items will be issued in approximately one to two weeks of receipt. Please review the terms and conditions for exchange/return items below:


Exchanges/Returns:

Exchanges and returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order. Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. Exchange and return item(s) must be in new condition and returned with the original manufacturers packaging and labels intact. Item(s) with signs of use, damage, or missing packaging and labels will NOT be accepted for exchange or return. Shipping costs for exchanges and returns are the customer's responsibility. To obtain a RMA number for your return please email the order number for the item you would like to return. If you are not returning all items on a multiple item order please indicate specifically the item or items for which you require a RMA number.

  • Include with the return/exchange item(s) the original order name, phone number, order number and RMA number.
  • Merchandise that does not meet the above stated conditions for exchange or return will not be refunded. A notification will be sent via email if the returned merchandise is rejected for refund. Shipping costs for rejected items are the customer's responsibility.
  • Credit can only be issued to the same credit used for the original order.
